Leading International branded Hotel soon to open on the UAE. Our Client is looking to hire a Brazilian Restaurant Manager. They look for a passionate South American Candidate with first class guest service. Someone that will drive consistent guest satisfaction, an engaged the  team to achieve outstanding operating results. The hotel will feature 400 guest rooms and extensive array of food and beverage outlets to include, a Brazilian steak. Appropriate experience is essential. Modern Brazilian restaurant opening late 2012 in one of the UAE leading hotels is looking to recruit a Brazilian Chef de Cuisine.  Must have a extensive experience in a Brazilian kitchen. The successful applicant will be required to lead a brigade of chefs and be able to produce modern eclectic Brazilian food for this 100-cover restaurant.
